Why me?

A KC area native, I love working with both sellers and buyers. With my knowledge of the various neighborhoods in both Kansas and Missouri, I’m able to price homes to sell and find buyers their perfect next home. Buying and selling a home is a big decision and choosing the right agent is important. I offer personalized, individualized services to each of my clients. Communication is key and all of my clients agree, I provide clear, consistent and professional communication to ensure a smooth transaction from beginning to end.

I’m invested in KC, local businesses and the community as a whole. As a professional, wife and mother, it’s important to me that KC flourish and grow. Helping others to invest in real estate is one way I do that. I’m also involved, volunteer and give back to a variety of philanthropic organizations including Hillcrest Transitional Housing, the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, KCUR and the Kansas City Care Clinic. As a former Westwood City Councilwoman and a graduate of Leadership Northeast through the NE Johnson County Chamber of Commerce, I’m connected throughout area, which serves both the community and my clients well. A graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School and the University of Kansas, I currently reside in my hometown of Prairie Village with my chef-husband, Drue Kennedy, my teenage son, Stuart, and my two dogs, Gertie & Fitz.

Above & Beyond, that’s my goal with every client I work with, every house I put on the market, every buyer I help find a house. If I always set the bar high, I can ensure my clients walk away happy they chose me and with all of their goals accomplished. How do I do that? I provide consistent and professional services. I educate my clients on what to expect from beginning to end and communicate throughout the process. I don’t wait for a house to sell or a for a house to magically appear for my buyers. I actively market all of my listings and I search for houses for my buyers before they come on the market. To be a good agent, advocate and resource, I’m always a step ahead, working for my client’s best interests.
